Return Policy

1. Introduction

At Shraxellxolvaryn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges. We comply with EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), and with German law, in particular the right of withdrawal for distance and off-premises contracts under § 355 and § 356 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB) and the provisions of Article 246a of the Introductory Act to the German Civil Code (EGBGB).

2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period" (Widerrufsrecht under § 355 BGB).

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising from your choice of delivery other than our standard delivery).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

• 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
• 14 days after you provide evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier

2.4 Model Withdrawal Form (Muster-Widerrufsformular)

In accordance with Article 246a § 1 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code), we provide the following model withdrawal form. You may use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal, but you are not obliged to do so; any clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) that you wish to withdraw from the contract is sufficient.

3. Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window for unopened products. This gives you additional time to decide if our product is right for you.

3.1 Conditions for Extended Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products with broken seals
• Products that show signs of tampering
• Products that have been damaged due to customer mishandling

This does not affect your legal rights in case of defective or incorrectly delivered products.

5. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, you are entitled to:

• A full refund, or
• A replacement product

Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect product. We will cover all return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5.1 Reporting Defective Products

To report a defective product, please:

4. Keep the product in its current condition until we provide instructions

6. Return Shipping

6.1 Standard Returns

For standard returns (within your right of withdrawal or our extended return policy), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure proof of return.

6.2 Defective/Incorrect Products

If you are returning a product because it is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

• Inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
• Refund processing: Within 14 days of approval
• Bank processing: 3-10 business days (depending on your payment method and bank)

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method than the one used.

7.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

• Products with obvious signs of use
• Products not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery (at our discretion)

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to this Return Policy.
